Lai Ka-ying named as first HKSAR astronaut
The China Manned Space Agency said on Saturday that Lai Ka-ying, the first astronaut from China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, is selected as a payload specialist for the Shenzhou-23 spaceflight mission. China's Shenzhou-23 crewed spaceship is scheduled to be launched at 11:08 pm on Sunday from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. (Xinhua) Edited by Robert Kemp
