Talk of the town : New scheme aims to turn public beaches into event hotspots
【明報專訊】Have you been to any beaches in Hong Kong? The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) is looking for companies or groups who are interested in turning three public beaches into fun places for play, relaxation, and water activities. These beaches are Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach, Butterfly Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach.
