Talk of the town : Challenges of the catering industry in Hong Kong

More recently, Honolulu Coffee Shop (檀島咖啡餅店), a traditional Wan Chai coffee shop famed for its egg tarts and celebrity sightings since the 1940s, closed its doors in March.
