China calls for immediate halt to Iran attacks
China is highly concerned about the military strikes launched by the US and Israel against Iran, the Foreign Ministry said on Saturday. In a statement, the ministry said Iran's sovereignty, security and territorial integrity should be respected. China calls for an immediate halt to the military action, no further escalation of tensions, and a resumption of dialogue and negotiations to uphold peace and stability in the Middle East, it added.
